First of all, you provided two wallet addresses.
The first one was a Binance wallet ID: 869447875. You told me it was just for checking and asked me to pay $10.
The second one was Binance ID: 1236747767. You asked me to pay $940.
I have completed the payments to both Binance IDs, and I can provide the full screen recording as proof.

I have already provided the complete screen recording of the entire communication process, from the first time you contacted me until you failed to deliver the order and blocked me.
During that one-hour period, my Binance account was only unable to pay to your crypto address. It does not mean that I was unable to pay to your Binance ID.
You provided two Binance IDs, and I paid 10 USDT and 940 USDT respectively. I have already provided the complete records as proof.

Dispute Update - Judgement Made
​

It is our ruling that @Online Services needs to issue a full refund to @AndrewCWK.

The evidence submitted by the accuser was significant and the counter-evidence from the accused was not. Additionally, and just as importantly, the accused is selling $950 AWS packages that are NOT sanctioned in the Marketplace.

We will be opening a refund DM between the two parties shortly.
