Service was not delivered and seller refused refund.

I have purchased reddit comments from the seller on the 28th of March. 2 comments with link ($15 each) and 3 comments without link ($10 each) for a total of $60. Later because of delays seller promised to deliver 1 extra comment so in the evidence I am seen as mentioning 6, that's why.

To date the seller has provided me with 1 comment with no link (valued at $10)

The seller had 3 months to complete the order and now refuses to give a refund.

Seller refuses a refund because he claims that on page 2 of his sales thread he only gives 1 week comment guarantee.

I was not aware of this 1 week limitation because he never mentioned it to me and it is not included on the 1st post of the sales page. I find this hidden practice dishonest and I don't think it is valid.

Furthermore the seller did not provide any proof of the comments being live for even 1 week so I cannot accept his position either way

Information For The Accused

First of all i haven't given the 1 extra comment to the client because of of the delay. there was 3 brand mention comments and 2 link comments and I have give 6 brand mention comments to the user in replacement of the 2 link comments I have given 3 brand mention comments.

I even offer a refund to the client on 3rd may when 2 comments were live

On the 30th may the client have asked for the update and i immediately replied him that i have added all the links in the sheet, actually i have added the links before that, but forget to mention it here as the client also had the sheet access, so i thought he can check there. But after seeing the message he ignored that and replied more than a week later that comment got removed. We haven't agreed to any replacement term at all but still i tell the client that we give a week replacement guarantee where client start saying where it is written and I have sent a screenshot of me mentioning a client about the replacement guarantee.

I have already mentioned in my sales thread about the refund policy that if the work is delivered refund is not applicable.

Also when i have informed the client about the completion of order he ignored me while he was continuously active on the platform and here is proof of that

Hi, around start of May the seller did offer a refund because he couldn't deliver. At that time I still needed those Reddit comments and I still had faith in the seller that he could deliver on a longer time frame.

I guess I was wrong and the seller couldn't deliver what was agreed.

Now I don't want to wait another few months and hope I just want to close this with a refund.

The total order was for $60. 1 comment got delivered for $10. So I request $50 please.

1) The 1 week guarantee the seller came up with at the end of the order because he could not deliver was never mentioned before, only after he failed to deliver. If this was mentioned to me beforehand I would NOT order in the first place.

2) The original plan was to post the comments and after 1-2 weeks that we would update those comments with live links. So how can there only be a 1 week guarantee? That makes no sense. The seller realized he cannot complete the order and then pulled this 1 week guarantee BS. In 3 months he never talked about it, only when I finally after 3 months asked for a refund. You can look through our full DM conversation. This order was supposed to be completed in a reasonable time and not 3 months and still not complete.

3) The sellers own refund policy states "Refunds are only provided if we fail to deliver the agreed service"!!! 100% the case here. By the sellers own refund policy alone I am entitled to a refund

4) NOW the seller claims there is a 1 week guarantee but cannot even proof that the comments were live for even 1 week, even though that was NOT the deal.

The fact that the seller will fight me for $50 when the service was not provided as agreed says a lot about their character. Wasting everyones time, mine, admins, my client...

The client is saying that I haven't provided any proof to the client that the comments are live. But is the screenshot of the message client confirming 2 comments are live out of 6 brand mention comments.

Later in below Screenshots I have sent a comment on the 3rd may and client confirming it on 14 may that the comment is live, which is I think more than a week.

And i request @SettingSun77 to please ask the client to hold his emotion and not pointing finger on my characters, as I don't want to go to that road.

And i agree that my mistake is that I haven't kept the proof of other three comments being live for more than a week, but i will keep that in mind and keep the record of all the comments.

I agree that I made mistake of not keeping proof of other 3 comments, so i can make a refund of those 3 comments for which I can't prove that they are live for more than a week.

@SettingSun77 Please check it, I agree there was no deal about the 1 week replacement, but there was clearly stated in the refund policy that once the order is completed no refund is applicable, and I have informed the client about the completion of order on 30 may and client have seen the live comments and made update in the sheet, which means that the client was aware about the live links and now he is refusing that he was not aware about it.
