X Twitter Ads account restricted — anyone dealt with this?

Logged in this morning and my account is restricted. Email just says policy violation but does not say which ad or which rule. Ads were completely normal. No sensitive content. Nothing unusual. Support form submitted 3 days ago. Zero response.
Has anyone actually gotten this resolved? How long did it take?

Sometimes X flags accounts automatically and the email is very vague. If you've already submitted an appeal, there's not much to do except follow up and wait for a manual review.

It's probably an automated flag. Meta looks at your whole setup now, not just the ad. ip, device, payment, page history, all of it. Don't start a new ad account while you're waiting. Meta will call it circumvention and that's a permanent ban. Just sit tight.

There's not much you can do until support reviews it, but I'd pause any edits to the account and focus on getting a manual review through follow-up tickets. That worked for me.

You've probably been flagged from X's automation system. I would suggest to let your account to rest for like a week and try to speak with the support again until they reply to you.

I've been stuck in a 20+ day halt, my ad specialist keeps bsing me, "we're working hard on fixing it" very annoying considering my ads are legit and whitehat. wtf man I need an agency account

That's the worst part about these restrictions

If they at least pointed to the ad or policy in question, it would be much easier to fix. From what I've heard, support response times are all over the place lately.
