And even though I got 6 of them wrong, the one that bothers me the most - weirdly enough (because I've got no interest in any Chinese stuff) - is the fact that China uses only 1 timezone despite of how large of a landmass it is. Like, how TF is this even possible??

I think this was a trick question, and the tricky part about it - if I were to guess - I'd say is the use of the word "official" in the question. Because I have a feeling that most nations that have more than 1 timezone only use 1 of them as official, so this is probably the same with China too even if (unofficially) there is more than 1 timezone.

If this was a trick question it got me good, which is why I'm so pissed about it, I fell for it like a complete rookie

I think everyone really had a tough round this time. Even a score of 4 feels like a passing grade for this round : D

And yeah, I always try to twist the questions a bit in a way that gets people into that zone of analysis paralysis.

got a 5/10, which is honestly better than i expected after reading the thread. the china timezone thing is actually true though, they force the whole country to run on beijing time for political unity. must be wild having the sun rise at 10am in the western parts... definitely threw me off too. cool quiz anyway, kept me distracted for a bit.

Yeah, I first got to know about their timezone too from a biker YouTuber who traveled through China and she mentioned that they all have the same timezone
