I get that completely ignoring a huge issue is probably not the right approach, but taking on everything at once is probably the fastest path to burnt out. I'm definitely more on the small step side of the scale, but I keep boundary of strictly local steps. Just to be more realistic, I focus on the problems I have some kind of power on like my local community or place of work. For the big problems on a global scale, the best thing to do is to support the organizations already doing the hard work.

Sometimes if you can't make a change, at least don't be part of the problem. I kinda live by that too
Like they say... be the change you want to see in the world
I do my part from the small place I can and I mean that by doing the most basic and simple things, like being nice and kind to the people we encounter in our daily lives
It might not change the world but it might just change the world for one particular person : )

Yeah.. there's some truth to it
For example, imagine you meet someone who's having a really rough day. Maybe it's a worker at a grocery store, a mall, or any customer facing job.
They might have been stressed all day and,because of that come across as rude or unfriendly to everyone they interact with
Now imagine you come along and do something small.
Maybe you make them laugh, give them a genuine compliment, ask if they're doing okay or simply treat them with kindness and respect
That small interaction could completely change their mood.
The 5 people before you might leave thinking "that person was just soo rude"
But the next 10 people they interact with after their mood improves could have a completely different experience and walk away thinking they're one of the nicest people around
In that sense, you changed one person's world in a small way and that change then affected many other people through them
That's the idea behind that... most of us won't change the entire world on our own but our actions ripple outward in ways we don't always see
That's actually one reason I always try to be kind to workers when I'm out and about
You never really know what kind of day someone is having : )

Thats more convenient. Cuase eventually everyone will be affected if not taken necessary measures.

The ripple idea holds up, but I'd add one piece: it's repetition that makes it real, not a single gesture. One kind moment fades; a habit of it reshapes how a whole circle treats each other. So my stance lands on small steps where I actually have reach: my street, my coworkers, the cashier. The global stuff, I back the people already deep in it.

Sounds correct. Something like kindness as an habit which is possible through regular good gestures.
If you see anything wrong happening in the society then you can do something if you have the ability.For example,if you are a public figure then you can raise your voice and present to the people what wrong is happening

if I see some real wrong going down in society. I can't fix the whole world, but I'll try my best to fix it.
In some cases its beyond my level and nothing related to me, so i just ignore it.

I'm not a philosopher, but one thing i can say is that i understand that you and me and probably everyone else on this forum cannot change anything even if we tried, i think everything wrong with the world is WAAAAAAAAY bigger than us, you can always make a prayer for the people affected but other than that what are you REALLY gonna do?

That is something I assume everyone can do. Even a person with limited money. Like he can give his time to help someone.
