Relevance vs Authority – which link would you remove first?

B) DR35 link from a niche blog with editorial ********
C) DR50 link from a forum profile page (nofollow, but high traffic)

If you had to disavow one to avoid a penalty, which goes first and why?

Although B seems to be cuplrit but What about C also. Disavowing C will keep you happy.
As its already nofollow and its not been counted for rankings. But traffic will still flow your way as its sending you traffic.

I already assumed that’s the case. So Yes.

Out of 3 it has the highest chance to cause trouble.

But honestly, in real life I would not touch any. They all seem safe and quality fir what they are. Not something I would label as spam and dangerous.
