Bank accounts does not help you open a ltd company. First open a company then open bank account for that company. Use gov.uk, or companies made simple to open a company. There are number of ways you can open a company. It get a bit complex when selecting relevant SIC code and it could be a lengthy process for some and easy for others.

Not 25% it depends on the size of the company. It could be 19% for smaller companies and a way of saving alot of tax which otherwise would be payable.

You can open a company through many different websites. For example you can use companies made simple and gov.uk. Keep in mind that you need to verify identity for the director first because they ask for the personal code. Also it could be tricky process for some people for example choosing the right SIC code for your company.
