I've been using 5sim.net for a while but running into two recurring problems: the success-rate statistics shown for each service appear inaccurate (numbers don't match real availability), and lately I'm not receiving SMS verification codes from Yahoo at all — the numbers stay empty until they expire. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy alternative SMS/virtual number provider that has accurate stats and reliably delivers Yahoo codes? Bonus if you can share your own experience with delivery rates and pricing. Thanks.

I've tried a lot of SMS services and for Yahoo all of them seem to be down. Or it works very randomly.

lately platforms blocks cheap voip numbers that's why you're not receiving sms code. Herosms, LegitSMS, SMSpool, these are the recommended non-voip providers

I've tried SMSPool too, it does not work for yahoo.

Do you try to create an account from Desktop or mobile application?
I've been trying to create PayPal accounts and didn't get SMS as well. I think many platforms block creation from desktop browsers.
Desktop, no the code arrives for sure. 1 out of 10 sms arrives, and when I try with my real phone all the time it arrives. so its about the numbers probably.

Yahoo has been ugly with rented numbers lately, it's not just 5sim. Those success stats are usually global/old data and don't mean much for Yahoo specifically. If your real phone gets it every time then yeah, the pool ranges are prob burned. I wouldn't keep burning balance testing 10 random providers... either use a real carrier SIM/long term number or ask support first if they can show recent Yahoo completes, not just “supported” on the page.

I'd really love to find a solution asap.

I've been trying every provider for days now, SMSPool USA numbers has very high succes rate around %50. 5sim.net England numbers had a success rate of %20, legitsms was also bad. smspool is a winner with a huge difference than others. You can also send them an email and they will send you a list of successful orders in the last 48 hours so you can pick the highest successful rate ones.

SMSpool is fine, pricing is alright.
HeroSMS is a hit or miss as well, pricing may vary.
FetchSMS is good as well, pricing is competitive.
5sim is garbage most of the time.
Getatext is also not bad.
