Has anyone come across an issue like this?
g.png

First they asked for organization email, I tried to use our organization's [email protected] . These emails were not accepted for some reason.

Now they're asking for a phone number and the one we use for the business was also not accepted.

Idk why, has anyone come across this before and overcome this bs?

Yeah this is super common with verification systems. The support@ thing is your problem... most platforms block role based emails like support@, admin@, info@ etc cause they get flagged as shared/non personal. Try a normal looking one like firstname@yourdomain or just firstname.lastname@.

Phone wise, is the business number a voip or google voice type line? Those get rejected constantly. They usually want a real mobile carrier number. Had the same headache last year setting up a few accounts, swapped to a plain gmail + a personal mobile and it went thru instant.

Which platform is this btw? Some are way stricter than others.

Tried using my [email protected] but still was not accepted, I don't know why/

The number for the business is a voip so if there is no other way I might have to get another one for this.

if name@domain is getting rejected too your whole domain might be flagged or the tld is blacklisted by them. happens a lot with newer domains or cheaper extensions. sometimes they just block the MX record provider if you're using something like zoho or a cheap hosting mail.

for the phone, yeah voip is dead for verification on most decent platforms now. you'll need a physical sim. just grab a cheap prepaid sim from a local store or use a non-voip rental service if you don't want to buy a physical card. what platform is this anyway? might help to know what we're dealing with.

You mean blocked as in I wouldn't even get the email with the code from Google? Because I got their verification code but upon entering it, it gave me an error message about failing to be associated. Whatever that means. I'm thinking if I am getting the code in the first place could it even be a block?

Google ads

google ads is a nightmare with verification lately. if you got the email code but it failed to associate, that's usually a session conflict. try doing it in a clean incognito window, sometimes google gets confused if you are logged into multiple gmails in the same browser. as for the phone, yeah voip is 100% dead on google ads now. you'll need a real sim. i usually just grab a cheap prepaid sim for a few bucks or use a non-voip sms service to get past it.
