I just got a takedown notice on one of my videos of a cam girl. It says the reason is "private content".

Below is the message I got. Am I in trouble and will I face legal issues?
I tried to delete it and close the account but won't let me.

It was a re-upload from another site.

Either tell the site it was uploaded in error and you're removing it immediately or you get consent from the model in question.

I tired to delete it but can't until the "issue" is resolved. I responded and told them it was uploaded in error and to delete.
I also tried to delete another video that didn't have and strikes but it seems to be on there still. I also just want to be done with the Porn thing and delete the account. Sorry my anxiety is high right now and I don't want to get sued or worse.

If you've been working in porn for a while then you should know that you can't upload content without a model's consent or release. You'll have to find a way to obtain either from the model or get that from the site you grabbed the video from originally.

It was just a stoopid thing I did sharing a Cam video of a private session I had on camsoda. I can understand getting sued but will I possibly face any criminal proceeding?

I wouldn't imagine so and even if you did I think it's unlikely to be more than a fine. Depends on your jurisdiction though.
