you can do ads or outreach. Best way imo is to to a percentage deal, you can also do a salary if you want.

Reddit is great for both beginners and advanced people.
Main issue everyone dealts with is "smart pants" subreddit owners, bans , rules etc.
It's like monopoly, most good subreddits are quality assets and there are agencies that own them.
You need high quality content that is subreddit specific, high quality aged accounts.
Upvoting services are not what they were in the past, as every social media the game is getting harder.
Tho if you are starting our you can easily do $10-30k from reddit alone if you learn how to sail the waves
