Found domain with high DA, should I buy?

Better also check real traffic, backlink quality, spam history, archive history, and whether the niche matches your plan.

High DA domain with toxic links or fake authority can be useless.

High DA does not mean you have found a good domain. You need to check various other metrics like links profile, previous history etc.

da is easily gamed these days. you can buy a cheap gig and pump a domain to da 50 using redirect chains in a couple weeks, so the metric itself is kinda useless on its own. i usually look at the ratio of referring domains to outbound links first, then check if it actually ranks for any decent keywords. if the organic traffic trend in semrush is flatlined at zero after a huge drop, it's probably penalized and not worth the hassle.

Or DA alone is not enough?
You are better off looking at anything other than DA, unless you plan on using DA as the main selling value (for link sales etc).

Look at:
# of referring domains
any current indexation of pages
backlink anchor texts used
any tool traffic values

If you're wanting to use the domain for BH purposes (churn and burn etc) then look at any social profiles the domain may have attached to it, eg. GBP, Facebook, Instagram, Wikipedia attributes etc. These sorts of domains are currently killing it in the more difficult niches.
