Is Selling Courses Here Actually Worth It?

BlackHatWorld is a goldmine.

If you provide a quality product / service here for sure you will get clients and how often they buy something its on you.

Courses can sell on BHW, but from what I've seen, services generally get more consistent demand. Most buyers want a result done for them rather than spending time learning the process themselves.

So would it be fair to say that even though courses can sell on BHW, services are generally more in demand because members prefer done for you results, and as a beginner I’m wondering which types of courses actually perform well there and how often they get requested?

If you can deliver something with value go for it. I've seen some vendors getting good sales from guides here on BHW.

From your experience on BHW, is it actually a good idea to sell courses here, and how often do members usually request or buy them compared to services?
People usually prefer services or proven methods over generic courses.

If you want to sell a course, you need real proof, clear results.

Dont just sell a course. Sell course + coaching
most people need someone behind thier back to troubleshoot any future problems

I think this is a great idea, as there are many people who are eager to learn about making money online or gain knowledge in marketing.

Before asking that question, ask yourself, why would anyone buy a course from you?

At least build some authority on the forum, share some knowledge, let people know what you're doing and how successful you're in that.

Training products can work on BHW, but services usually attract steadier interest. In many cases, people would rather pay for an outcome than spend hours figuring out the steps themselves

I think services are generally easier to sell on BHW because buyers want results fast. Courses can still work, but people usually need a strong reason to trust the information and see value before buying.

In my opinion, this is an ideal platform for selling courses. Of course, quality should always be the top priority, as many people here are eager to learn new skills and gain knowledge that can help them earn money.

I'd put my money on services. People love the idea of buying a course, but when it comes to spending money, a lot of them would rather pay someone to do the work for them

Must be because once they have a viable product they can just update/refresh it to Version 2.0, 3.0 etc. New product every year off the same work if in an evergreen niche.

If a service works, people buy results.
If a course works, people buy confidence.

The problem is that most courses sell information, while most buyers are looking for certainty.
That's probably why coaching + course often works better than either one on its own.

What if there was a course/training that actually behaves like a service?
Not teaching people what to do, but helping them get the outcome they're after.

Many guides here have sold exceedingly well. Bring value to the table and the rest will fall in place.

Subscriptions are mostly about retention so they work great in bringing customers. Books and courses are one-time sales, so people think twice before spending money. You should focus on your sales pitch and answer all their questions for sales. You can also post a thread on the topic of your book or course and check the engagement to understand interest and demand.
