Massive SIM Card Lot!

Came across a massive load of active SIM cards, they are active for a year, and they get 20-40 GB a month. (depends on the carrier) I have a proxy server but I don’t need this many. I have a few questions…
How can I market them on this site?
How much should I sell them for?
Will any proxy service be interested?
How do I find market for them?

Ps, I used them on a PVA software, and I had a 85% success rate on account creation.

2:- check the websites or provider who selling same countries or carriers to understand the price structure
3:- Yes it is.
4:- Build your own site and promote it on forums and for faster results you can open sale threads to provide or sell services.

If the SIMs are genuinely active and renewable, there will probably be interest from mobile proxy operators. I'd start by figuring out which carriers they are, whether they can be renewed, and whether they're tied to any contracts. That information will matter more than the raw number of SIMs. You could also try reaching out directly to smaller mobile proxy providers instead of only listing them publicly.
