for apps yes i do , but for games , i am not , usually i do a keyword matching and use also ASODo you do marketing for newly published apps/games on playstore? I want to start similar journey since i have personal old play console laying around and will use AI to code the app/game but I have no idea about distribution/marketing part of this thing
Solid goal, OP! The synergy between SaaS and mobile apps is where the real money is at right now.Hello,
From today, I’m starting a long-term journey to build a $10,000/month digital empire based on SaaS products, mobile apps, and automated web tools across iOS, Android, and web.
This is not just about building just mobile apps anymore, the goal is to create a network of digital assets that grow, cross-promote each other, and generate recurring revenue through multiple monetization layers, and why not sell them and exit.
I’ll be documenting everything here: progress, failures, experiments, and scaling strategies.
Background:
[+] 5+ years experience in mobile apps (Android focus, experimental growth)
[+] ASO, SEO Knowledge
[+] Programming skills + Claude Code
[+] Decompile and reverse engineering ( Unity & Android & WEBGL )
My Strategy:
My whole strategy is pretty simple and consistent. I don’t focus on trying to invent completely new ideas from scratch. Instead, I spend most of my time going through the internet, app stores, SaaS products, and tools to find ideas that are already working. Then I analyze them, understand why they are successful, and build my own improved version of them.
Before building anything, I always try to validate it first. I check if there is real demand, if people are actively searching for it, if similar apps are ranking, and if the niche shows strong signals of monetization. If I don’t see clear demand, I don’t waste time building it.
A big part of my strategy is also choosing ideas that can work in both web and mobile at the same time. I specifically look for concepts where I can build a SaaS/web platform and also turn it into an iOS and Android app. This way I’m basically hitting two birds with one stone, one idea becomes two distribution channels, two user bases, and two revenue streams.
How to Earn Money:
[+] Ads Earnings
[+] In-App Purchase
[+] Affiliate
What I have now :
[+] About 6 Google Play Console accounts
[+] 2 Personnel IOS account with some apps, Going to make other one for my LLC .
[+] 3 Web Tools sites, 1 SASS + Random Pinterest blogs ( 100% Automated )
CURRENT EARNINGS METRICS :
[+] APP/GAMES ADS : Between $1000 and $1500/Month Ads Reveuenue
[+] IAP : Around $400
[+] SASS : $199.80/Last Month
[+] Website ADS : 100$/month ( across 4 websites tools)
Total Last Month : $199.80 (SASS) + $1109.23 ( APP/GAMES ADS ) + IAP ( $700 ) + Website ADS ( 500$ ) = $2,509.03
The Goals:
[✓] $1000/Month
[✓] $2000/Month
[+] $3000/Month
[+] $4000/Month
[+] $5000/month
[+] $6000/month
[+] $7000/month
[+] $8000/month
[+] $9000/month
[+] $10,000/month
Note :
This is a long-term build. Some experiments will fail, some will pivot, and some will be completely rebuilt.
The goal is not perfection, it’s compounding digital assets over time.

that's the network i am using right now for my old games and new one . sometimes i feel like they take a big cut but at least i don't need to deal with all the admob limit and other things. but overall i do IAP only in some apps and i do IAP with ADs in some , depends on the targeted audienceSolid goal, OP! The synergy between SaaS and mobile apps is where the real money is at right now.
Quick question on the mobile side: are you going strictly with IAPs or implementing a hybrid model with ads? If you're doing ads, don't waste time hardcoding a single network like AdMob. Set up a proper programmatic mediation stack from day one. We’ve been running a couple of utility apps through cas.ai recently, and their automated wrapper saves a ton of time on waterfall optimization, especially for indie dev setups.
Looking forward to your first traffic and revenue breakdown. Good luck, man!
10% is not too much =)that's the network i am using right now for my old games and new one . sometimes i feel like they take a big cut but at least i don't need to deal with all the admob limit and other things. but overall i do IAP only in some apps and i do IAP with ADs in some , depends on the targeted audience
