not sure what they are changing but it was great source of targeted links for seo. Now they are removing such posts and banning the users.

May be they want to be like reddit now.

One of the biggest changes I noticed that answer quality seems to matter more than ever. Helpful responses tend to get better visibility, while overly promotional content struggles to gain traction. I also seen Quora put more focus on topic relevance and user engagement which makes choosing the right questions just as important as writing good answers.

I have noticed is that Quora seems to favor genuine engagement much more than before. Simply posting lots of answer is not effective as it used to be. Answers that are detailed, personal and keep readers engaged tend far better reach.
