One challenge with Quora is choosing questions that actually have traffic and engagement potential.

What is your process for finding high value questions in Quora?

Do you focus more on follower count ,search intent, competition, or trending topics?

Focus more on search intent and topic relevance than just follower count . Some questions with fewer followers can still bring steady traffic if they rank well on google or target a strong niche keyword. Check how competitive the answer are and whether I can add something genuinely useful. Trending topics help for short term visibility, but evergreen questions usually perform better long term.

For Quora, I pay more attention whether the question can bring consistent traffic over time instead of only checking follower count. Questions that solve real problems and continue getting searched over time tend to perform much better.
I also look at answer quality and competition. If a question has weak or outdated answers but still shows engagement, that's often a good opportunity to create a detailed answer and gain visibility.

Brainstorm some search terms closely related to your niche or product, around 10 to 15 search terms. next, you need to enter those keywords (one-by-one) into Quora's search bar and change the filter from "All Types" to "Questions." Click the three dots next to a question, select "View Log," and check the creation date. Then, look for questions with high follower counts. Paste the question URL into a free SEO tool like Ahrefs or SEMrush to see if it ranks on Google. Those that rank well, are what you need or are where you need to be.

I always focus on questions that match my content or website niche. targeted questions usually bring better traffic than random popular ones.

In my opinion finding outdated threads is the best, because you can always post and your answer stands out immediately. I usually go for search intent and try to genuinely help people on Quora.
