Beef, pork, chicken, rice, potatoes, quinoa, lentils, macaroni, vegetables.

Vietnamese style fried bullcrap.

I don't use oil. For extra calories I use 12% beer.

Cookies.

Hmmm, it depends. I mean, I cook a lot of recipes.
Where I am the best? I can transform a few dollars recipe (potatoes + eggs + some chicken/pork + salad + sauce - with garlic!!!) into a tasty top-notch 7 michelin stars dinner. The secret is to never cook with bad energy. If you put love in what you do, everything will be fkcn delicious.

Tonkatsu for me. Consequently, I can also make a mean schweineschnitzel which is basically German tonkatsu.

You just design a system!
Simply don't eat the same thing every day.
Second rule is to use appropriate tools. I use slow cooker, rice cooker and it works a lot better than some stiring for hours in normal pot.
Don't eat too hot food as well. Lower temperature gives me better taste.
Experiment is name of the game.
