Please clarify what "SEO Other" is. I hired him to setup reverse proxy setup

Please describe the purchase or service involved in your dispute. I have hired him for setting up reverse proxy setup on a offshore server. I have opened a thread here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/n...sting-provider-company.1817219/#post-20793612 which he responded and all communication is in private message with him. He then said he will deploy the service with his team and asked me to create a Telegram group and I did it but he never added any of his team and kept excusing and never refunded. I asked for a refund several times.

He did not provided the service and I have asked him to refund and he is not providing refund either. He has confirmed he will refund on Monday but he never did and not responding at all. I gave him enough time now.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I have contacted him on BHW PM as well on Telegram and asked him to cancel payment which I paid by payoneer which he said he will do it on Monday but he have not done it.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I need a full refund and probably suspend this person from bhw. He is using chat GPT to lure people and he is bidding on every damn job in WTB. He can not be jack of all trades. By his posts it seems he is a typical scammer and scamming a lot of people here.
