Dont focus too much on the network name. A lot depends on your GEOs, traffic type, and site niche

If you’re already getting $0.30 CPM on Adsterra, that’s not terrible unless you’re sitting on Tier 1 traffic. I’ve seen people switch networks expecting 2-3x revenue and end up making the same money

While waiting for AdSense approval, I’d also test alternatives like Media.net, Monetag, PropellerAds, and RichAds. Sometimes a simple A/B test for a week gives a clearer answer than reading reviews
