Initially provided a great service in the trial, HOWEVER, lately has been full of broken promises.
Forum link project that was ordered a month and a half ago was completed, only 24% indexed (75% was promised). They advised they would finish in 2-3 days, i waited.. still heard nothing. Sent another email, then they stated i will receive reports on an update for this project and also for an SEO subscription i have, in 6 hrs .. it has been 24hrs and still havnt recieved anything.
I hope this does not reflect upon the quality of my SEO service i am also getting from them, for which I am paying $150/mth..

I have had good success with this service, on some of my smaller projects they have brought my keywords to number 1 or number 2 within less than a week.
Other larger projects are on-going, and progress has been up and down however they are a good genuine service.
I agree with previous comments that the reports could do with a little improvement, and I would like to see larger packages than the maximum sizes available currently, but that is just because im always in a hurry to get to number 1, and stay there...
