LinkedIn engagement quality has changed significantly with the rise of AI generated posts are users and algorithms becoming better at identifying generic thought leadership content and what posting styles are still producing authentic engagement and inbound opportunities

LinkedIn is getting flooded with generic AI-style “thought leadership” posts, and both users and the algorithm seem better at spotting low-value content now. Personal experiences, specific insights, case studies, and more natural writing still tend to get the best engagement and real inbound results

From what I’m seeing, personal experiences and specific real world insights still get the most authentic engagement

LinkedIn is still growing strongly today. Many people are shifting to LinkedIn to find clients, and the results have been quite good.

yes, and it's been obvious for a while now. the irony is linkedin's algorithm still rewards consistency over quality, so AI slop performs fine on vanity metrics while actual signal gets buried

LinkedIn is flooded with generic AI-style posts now, and people can usually spot them quickly. The content still performing well tends to be personal experiences, real case studies, niche insights, and more natural writing instead of polished “guru” style thought leadership

yeah it’s definitely more saturated now, and generic AI-style “thought leadership” is getting ignored more
what still works is real opinions, specific experiences, and posts that feel like you actually did the work, not polished summaries or buzzword takes

yes, people can quickly spot generic AI style content now. posts with personal experience, real examples, and honest opinions seem to create more authentic engagement.

It’s honestly refreshing that both users and algorithms are burning out on generic AI thought leadership, meaning the real wins now go to raw, data-backed failure stories and hyper-specific case studies that AI simply can't fakke

All platforms are flooded with AI generic content but Linkendin is by far the most obvious to spot because employees are trying to impress employers with their leadership and other skills "knowledge". Meanwhile the majority of their posts (approximately 90%) come from AI.

I think LinkedIn is not heavily affected by AI-generated content. Users today are generally smart enough to distinguish between AI-generated posts and content based on real-world experience and expertise.

I believe LinkedIn has not been significantly impacted by AI-generated content. Today’s users are generally capable of recognizing the difference between AI-created posts and content that comes from genuine real-world experience, professional knowledge, and personal expertise.

People have learned how to ignore generic AI postings. Those things that work nowadays include personal experience stories, examples, cases, and opinions supported by real outcomes.

I've found that AI-generated content doesn't really fool audiences. People are smart enough to tell the difference between AI-generated content and genuine insights based on real experience.

Yes, there’s definitely more AI-generated content on LinkedIn now, which makes generic posts easier to ignore. The content that still performs well usually includes personal experiences, specific examples, real lessons, and opinions that feel unique.

LinkedIn is full of posts that look great but say nothing at all. Only the few posts that remain relevant tend to include actual experiments, failure stories, and examples of things being done by the author himself.

The algorithm seems to reward genuine engagement more than polished but repetitive thought leadership posts.
