1. Of the same person on every profile, with multiple profiles per platform but based in different USA cities.

Could it even be done?

Desktop setup is completely doable, but it requires precise environment isolation.
Option two is your only realistic choice. If you attempt option one—using the same person's face across multiple cities—the platforms' automated facial recognition and duplicate-image hash tracking will link the accounts and trigger a cascade of bans for catfishing.
For a pure desktop workflow, skip heavy mobile emulators and use a top-tier desktop antidetect browser pared with high-quality 4G or 5G residential proxy localized to the exact USA city you are targeting. From there, you can use specialized web extensions like Auto Swiper to handle the activity, but keep the swipe behavior randomized and highly restrictive to mimic an actual human.

My thoughts too. However, what about one person on multiple profiles but the pictures are all different across each profile? Meaning no one picture is used on any other profiles other than the one it is on?

I made good experience with gologin as a multiprofile antidetect browser. But only in the music streaming niche. I dont know nothing about dating, but it has proxys and stuff built in, so maybe that helps you.

If I’m being realistic, option 2 with different personas per profile is the only one that holds up long term, since platforms track behavior patterns more than just location. It can be done, but only to a point, and even with tools like GoLogin it’s more about reducing inconsistencies than avoiding detection completely.
