Crakrevenue : 4 conversion but $0, why?

I been using Smartlink from crakrevenue last few days, i got 4 conversions but 0 earnings?
can someone explain why? should i keep this links or change?

I'm not sure how to verify this; my traffic comes from expired domains in different countries.
