Most bloggers sit down every week trying to figure out what to write next. That is why they burn out fast and post inconsistently.
Planning three months at once sounds like a lot of work. It is actually the opposite. Here is how to do it in one afternoon.
Step 1 — Pick One Main Topic Per Month
Do not try to cover everything. Pick one focused topic for each month and build all your posts around it. This creates a natural content cluster that Google loves and makes writing much easier because everything connects.
Step 2 — Break Each Topic Into 4 Posts
One main post that covers the big picture. Three smaller posts that each go deep on one part of it. That gives you 12 posts for three months. Two to three posts per week depending on your schedule.
Step 3 — Use Google to Find What People Actually Ask
Type your main topic into Google and look at the People Also Ask section. Every question there is a blog post idea. These are real things people are searching for right now so you know the traffic potential is already there.
Step 4 — Write Everything Down in a Simple Spreadsheet
Month, post title, target keyword, publish date. Four columns is all you need. Keep it simple so you actually use it every week instead of abandoning it after day three.
Step 5 — Batch Your Research
Research all 12 topics in one sitting while you are already in planning mode. Save your sources and notes for each post. When writing day comes you just open your notes and write.
Planning once saves you hours every single week.
