My Page Was Ranking on Page 1 Now It’s Completely Gone from Google

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a project targeting the keyword eyebrow transplant in Tehran.

Previously my targeted page was ranking on Page 1 Position 4 and the main website was also appearing on Page 2 for the same keyword.

However, around 4 weeks ago, both the page and the website suddenly disappeared from Google SERPs for this keyword. The pages are still indexed, and interestingly they continue to rank on Bing but on Google they re nowhere to be found

I’ve built quality backlinks the content is strong, and other keywords on the same website are still ranking normally. The issue seems to affect only this specific page keyword

Has anyone experienced something similar before
What could cause such a sudden drop or complete disappearance from Google results

It’s been 4 weeks with no recovery, and my client is asking for answers but honestly I am confused about what to do next.

i don't think it's a penalty if your pages are still indexed but it's maybe a reevaluation and over optimization and Google changed something, plsu there have been lots of updates recently

you can always reupdate the structure of your site to see if it changes something

Your content and overall site authority are good, so Google ranked the page. However, it was removed due to a reassessment or algorithm update. It's definitely not a penalty as rest of the site is ranking fine. You should check bounce rates and loading speed for additional information.

Check the on page factors, website speed, mobile responsiveness & other factors. Check in analytics about the bounce rate & multiple other factors. It will be back for sure.

Since only this page is affected while others rank fine, it points to a page level issue not a sitewide penalty. Most likely Google's quality filter hit it because eyebrow transplants fall under YMYL (medical content) which requires strong E-E-A-T signals like author credentials and clinic trust details. Fix those signals, remove keyword cannibalization between your page and homepage, then reindex via Google Search Console.

lack of authority (both at page, and site level)
lack of EEAT (although, this falls within the trust category)
lack of / poor internal linking
lack of / poor traffic or user engagement

This can happen even with good content and backlinks I would check Google updates, manual actions keyword cannibalization competitor changes internal links and backlink quality Since other keywords still rank the issue may be limited to that page or search intent shift

check search console first bro if page is indexed but gone for one keyword it can be intent change or link/content issue not always penalty

This usually happens from a Google core update, over-optimization,, temporary keyword re-evaluation, or a relevance/intent shift for that query. Since the page is still indexed and other keywords are stable, I'd check for anchor text overuse, cannibalization, content freshness, and whether competitors changed their page intent recently. Sometimes recovery can take weeks after Google reshuffles SERPs.
