How do you explain him taking three weeks to completely F it up then? At this point even his printer is blaming him. The guy F`d up real good and wont do the right thing and try to make it up to me at all. Do you not get that he sent me flyers I can not use because they have spelling errors in them and refuses to offer me a refund and has tried to blame everyone else?

NOT ONLY did Michael Carter (yup, zbouykcuf, a new york taxi driver running for New York ward) scam me for $140 in printing and another $90 in design fees (yup, i sent him a refund by paypal, he has the $) he HAS 10,000 FUCKING FREE FLYERS AND CARDS. Michael, you are a liar and a scam artist, you should be proud no member here has ever taken me before.

I am going to do everything in my power to collect my money from you. Mods, who do i forward the pertinent info to to get this scumbag banned?

Here's the best part: Michael Carter, the fucking asshat goes to my printer with THE SAME FILES he didnt want to pay me for (and still hasnt) and tries to get them printed.

I have about 20 emails from this idiot with threats and rudeness, which I was professional about until I refunded his cash.

Again, 7878, any mod, who do I need to talk to?

I also request to speak to a MOD and beg to show them the same emails.. I have no idea how ADAM thinks he is in the right here. I paid him for 5,000 business cards and 5000 flyers.. weeks later he got back to me with a design. We discussed revisions to the design and I found a spelling error(Committed was spelled Commited).

Another week goes by I finally get my flyers and cards. The cards which were supposed to be the Irish flag with some writing were the Italian flag instead. I guess I can live with it if I have to. The Flyers were the earlier first draft version without the spelling errors and revisons corrected. The only thing Adam has right about this story is my last name. The flyers say "Vote Smarter choose Carter" How could I pass them out with spelling errors on them?

I did contact his printer asking to have them reprinted. The printer refuses to take any responsibility for printing something with spelling errors in it. "Adam sent me a file and I printed it and shipped it" I do plan to have Adams flyer reprinted just not by Adam or his printer Jorge.

I admit this entire incident has made me extremely angry more then once (please try to keep in mind I ordered this stuff July 14th and July19th and its August 7th right now and I am still discussing his shoddy work). Now here is the part I would find hysterical if this were not a story about some doosh from BHW cheating me out of $230.00 He is claiming I got a refund and I have all this free stuff right? He never sent me my money back!!! I would have been happy with a reprint but at one point he initiated a refund which has now been denied because he had no money in his checking account.

I got two advertising banners done and both were outstanding! Then I was so happy I got him to make me a header for my game site. I've added a screen shot so others can get an idea how good he is.

I never said he was a bad designer outright. I said he made a mistake tried to blame his printer and then tried to blame me. I posted proof in the SL thread he started about me that I found the mistake on copy he spontaneously wrote without being asked and he said he would correct it before sending it to the printer and he obviously never did or I would not have mispelled flyers.

Again Good Designer.. bad speller.
