Hello everyone,

I am planning to give free email deliverability & security audit.

Here are the things you'll receive:
1. Technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC policy & monitoring, etc.)
2. Sender reputation (Domain, IP, Blocklists, etc.)
3. Sending practices & compliance (Complaint rate, bounce rate, List-Unsubscribe, FBL, etc.)
4. List hygiene (Spam traps, zombie subscribers, bot prevention, etc.)

If you send emails for marketing or sales (cold emails) purposes, this could be useful for you.

If you are interested, just DM me or drop a comment here :)

P.S. This might take anywhere between 2-5 days.

Interesting offer:smirk:
We recently started testing/scaling email traffic in iGaming and already noticed huge differences between infrastructures and databases depending on the source

Curious - what issues do you usually see most often during audits? Deliverability problems, domain reputation, list quality, spam traps, etc?

It's usually authentication issues first and DMARC misalignment.
Then I check if their domain or IP is in a blocklist like spamhaus.
I also setup their Google Postmasters so we can monitor everything live.
Most email marketers don't comply keep up with updated sender guidelines like there's no address, unsubscibe link, or List-Unsubscribe header, etc.
I also check their sending practices, list building practices, and list cleaning/suppressing policies to keep bounce rates and complaints very low.

Makes sense honestly

Especially the List-Unsubscribe / complaint-rate part - feels like a lot of gambling senders still underestimate how aggressive Gmail/Outlook became lately.

We’re mostly testing UK/FR/BE/IT/ES traffic right now on several in-house brands and the biggest issue we keep seeing is inconsistent inbox placement between different databases/infrastructures. Same creatives can perform completely differently depending on the source.

Do you also work with iGaming senders or mostly ecommerce/B2B?
