Is there anyone who does NOT scam on this site?

I posted a 'looking to buy traffic' and made it very clear to NOT message me to go on telegram.

I got lot of DMs and every one has asked me to go to telegram. AND... everyone has tried to scam me.

Honestly, I don't know what to think or say about the situation.

Easy solution, only ever deal with Jnr VIP's, as per the rules, and as @SettingSun77 says above, report any non-VIP DM's offering services.

This won't guarantee a perfect a transaction (dealing with Jnr VIP), but it does mean you can open a dispute on the forum if things turn sour and get them canned.

It’s so transparent that it’s scary.

A new user posts in 100s of threads asking for samples and asking questions, reaching Jr VIP status and, like that, all of a sudden someone that has asked tons of questions becomes an expert that sells an amazing service. It’s taken to TG and your money/crypto is soon gone without nothing in return.

That BHW mods are not able to do anything about this is insanely bad.

I've already been down that road once before.

Instead of being cryptic, you could answer the question.

1) If anyone who's not an upgraded member has contacted you, then they get a warning for non-upgraded selling.

2) If anyone is trying to take you off-site, they get a warning for sharing outside contact info.

3) If anyone has contacted you offering a service that you didn't ask for, they get a warning for spam.

But we can't help you (and by extension the community) if you don't help us. Making threads like this helps nobody.

That BHW mods are not able to do anything about this is insanely bad.

We can't do anything about something we don't know about. We don't have crystal balls.

(We asked for crystal balls but @Diamond Damien wouldn't budget for them )

I'm not trying to be d*ck here; but regardless of forum rules, it's ultimately your responsibility to do your due diligence and make a reasoned decision; it's your money and you're the one who's choosing (or not) to send it to somebody.

The following might be helpful to you, these are a couple of conditions that have to be met for me to trade with someone on BHW.

1. I won't pay upfront to a Jnr VIP who has not been on the forum for less than 12 months unless they have a marketplace thread with clear and obvious user feedback from people I recognise and trust here on BHW, and plenty of it OR a member who I know and trust has previously worked with them.

2. If someone DM's me offering X Y or Z and I don't have a history with them and they have no public trading history - the bar goes up further.

3. If I do happen to communicate with them outside of BHW, before money changes hands I insist on a DM here on BHW confirming what I'm paying for, along with terms, and we don't move forward until they reply to said DM saying they agree.

Problem is that all threads become flooded with AI shit and bot replies when everyone hunts for Jr VIP status. I rarely buy services from here but I feel that the quality of the forum is going down the drain faster than ever

This is another point entirely. Granted, it's a massive bone of contention for many long term members with how it's being tackled atm.

The 'community' doesn't pay my bills. And... I've been scammed and I reported them. It was headache dealing with you and it didn't fix the problem. Honestly, catching scammers should be your job and not mine.

These days, I just make sure I don't get scammed.
The only positive part of getting scammed a couple of times is you learn that they all do and say very similar things. It's just annoying when you have to weed through a bunch of them for a simple purchase

We're not asking you to go undercover or anything. I said if anyone's contacted you who's breaking the rules then report them. Takes a few seconds to hit the button and give a quick description. If you don't want to do that then you lose the right to complain about it by making pointless threads like these.

Sounds like you're doing the right thing by avoiding Telegram. Good on you. Many buyers and sellers could learn something from you.

Anyway, I'm closing this now because it's obvious you don't want us to help you and you've had your moan.
