Right now our customers are our affiliates. We offer 40% lifetime recurring on $149-$497/m plans (structure similar to gohighlevel Whatever gohighlevel is doing is working great but they didnt start like that. I dont know how they started)

Those guys refer us clients because they love the software and want to see us win.

Problem is this is not replicable. I need the guys who are sharks and will go make videos about the platform, integrate everything with it and become the frontier of client acquisition.

How do I go about getting those? What would they need?

Internal propaganda plans? Brand pack? Video scripts?

I'm a bit lost and would appreciate some advice from guys who built affiliate teams from scratch

Yes, video and brand packages could help make their marketing easier. Have you also considered signing up for affiliate programs as a vendor?

Noo I dont even know what that is I'm a rookie. How do they work? Do we just pay people upfront for commitment and train them or we just put the meat on the table and those who see the vision of the product get in touch with us?

The answer is simple... help them with videos and other promo material.
You can't expect them to do everything and sit there collecting the money.

You sign up for an affiliate program and list your product. Payments are processed through the affiliate program. The program deducts the required commission and pays out your earnings to you and the seller participating in the affiliate program.

I'm not expecting anything am i? That's why I came here to ask.

Look up GHL see their affilate gang pulling 7fig and focusing only on that arguably without any help from their team. That's where I'd like to be lol

That did not answer my question though. What happens after its listed do they reach out to us or? whats the process. Have you gone through it?

Once listed, those who select your product will send you traffic through their own links. You play no role in this process. If a sale is made, they earn a commission. And yes, I went through a similar process with Digistore24.

Do you think a saas product with such pricing has the right to be on that platform AND work or is it too much friction?

There were SaaS platforms that generated good sales. This also depends on the commission you’re willing to offer. If you offer a high commission and recurring commissions, it could be very popular.

We offer 40% on plans between $149-$497 so on each sale they'd be pocketing $200 on the higher plans **LIFETIME**

That’s a pretty high commission. Unless it’s a product that’s very hard to sell, I think it will be in demand.

Im sure you know manychat. One easier and downplayable way of us is manychat but for agencies as a hook. Product itself is great. all of our sales come from combined chatgpt/seo/referrals from happy customers

I think you'll succeed, bro just give it a try.

You can try digistore24.
Will register now, do you know if they protect vendors against scams though. I know that Firstpromoter (we use that now for tracking and affiliates) waits 30 days to see if the person bought, doesnt refund then it sends me an invoice to pay for affiliates OOR iss it a wild rodeo in there?

Yes, there was a 14 days waiting period while I was working.
