I’m NOT looking for basic website designers or ad specialists.
I’m specifically looking for someone with real experience in subscription coaching systems + long-term client management + automation funnels.
Please confirm if you have experience in ANY of the following:
1｜Online weight loss / fitness coaching subscription system
Have you built systems where:
- Clients pay monthly subscription fees
- You provide ongoing coaching (not one-time service)
- Daily / weekly check-ins are required
- Client progress is tracked over time (30–90+ days retention)
2｜Fitness membership / recurring program system
Have you built:
- Membership-based fitness or nutrition programs
- Monthly updated training / nutrition plans
- Long-term client engagement systems
- Retention-focused coaching structures
3｜Nutrition + lifestyle long-term coaching programs
Experience with:
- Diet + lifestyle + habit coaching combined
- Ongoing behavior tracking and adjustment
- Clients requiring continuous guidance and accountability
- “Done-for-you” or “done-with-you” coaching systems
4｜Remote personal coaching / client management system
Have you managed:
- 1:1 remote coaching clients
- Weekly or daily check-ins
- Client tracking (weight, habits, behavior, progress)
- Long-term accountability systems
Key Technical Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
Please also confirm if you have experience with:
- WhatsApp / SMS automation flows
- CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
- Zapier / automation workflows
- Lead scoring / user behavior tracking systems
- Automated upsell / upgrade triggers
Funnel Experience (Required)
Have you built systems with:
- Low-ticket entry offer ($39–$99)
- Subscription model ($149–$299/month)
- High-ticket coaching upgrade ($3,000–$10,000+)
Where users move through a structured lifecycle funnel?

This is a long-term subscription coaching ecosystem focused on:

- Automated messaging (WhatsApp/SMS/email)
- Subscription retention
- High-ticket coaching upgrades
The goal is to build a long-term client lifecycle system, not a one-time sales funnel.
