I’m totally confused with all these SEO packages and tired of reading each pages among 300-500.

One of you got good results with Sarkar, Luckyman or any other guys selling SEO packages ?

80%-90% of the services here are fiverr resellers.
I can't recommend you any packages as it would be unethical and you should do your own research.
If you go for a package... make sure you fine-tune it.
