VPN+Proxy End on Desktop Antidetect?

If you are using desktop with an Antidetect browser and a VPN on your desktop, you can use a good clean proxy in the Antidetect browser to connect to social media, correct or not? If the proxy ever fails, will the VPN IP be detected by the social media sites? Or is there a proxy failsafe/killswitch that blocks the connection without the proxy?

If the proxy fails, the browser will stop loading pages. It'll not revert back to your VPN. So the only reason to have VPN is if you want to protect your IP from other stuff, outside antidetect.

Your antidetect profiles will never use your direct connection on the physical machine, VPN or not.

As @JinkHost alludes to; by design the client will not revert. Social sites will never see your local connection / VPN connection. They will see your fingerprint though and be able to detect whether it appears consistent or not. So websites like pixelscan.net are your friend.

The browser wont load and wont default to another proxy, unless you specifically request it to. However, in case you are using Physical Devices; then it will default to the wifi address you are connected to.

Always using VPN for all internet activity. Just want to know if, when using a proxy in the Antidetect, if the proxy fails, will the VPN Ip show to FB, IG, etc. like Joey1Joey says or not? Even in Adspower?

In most Antidetect browsers there should be a kill-switch and the browser shouldn't connect at all if the proxy is unable to connect. It doesn't make sense to proceed with establishing the connection if the proxy which is connecting to is not responding.

Yeah, the site should see the proxy set inside the antidetect profile as long as the proxy is working. Still test it with an IP checker before using real accounts. For social accounts, the safer setup is a stable proxy IP that matches the account’s usual region, and a profile setting that blocks opening or connecting when the proxy test fails.

Software killswitches can still fail and leak your IP if the app crashes.
For a 100% reliable setup, use a hardware travel router (I have Gli.Net gl mt3600be). Deploy your VPN or proxy directly on the router, and connect your PC to it.
If the connection drops, the internet physically cuts off. It's much safer than desktop software, and your PC never even sees your real domestic IP.
