I've been thinking about this a lot lately and I just want to have an honest conversation about it.

We wake up, go through the motions work, eat, scroll, sleep, repeat. And somewhere in the middle of all that routine, a quiet voice asks "is this it? Is this what I'm here for?"

And the scary part? A lot of us don't have an answer.

Finding purpose isn't something they teach you. Nobody sits you down and says "here's how to figure out what your life is supposed to mean." So most of us just... wing it. We chase what looks good from the outside the job title, the lifestyle, the validation and then wonder why it still feels hollow when we get there.

I think a lot of people are walking around with a kind of quiet emptiness they don't talk about. Not depression exactly. Not sadness. Just this feeling of being unsettled. Like you're waiting for your real life to begin but you don't know what it looks like or how to get there.

What I've come to believe is that purpose isn't something you find all at once. It's something you stumble into through small moments the things that make you lose track of time, the problems you can't stop wanting to solve, the people who make you feel most like yourself.

But I want to hear from you all.
  • Have you ever felt like you were just going through the motions?
  • What helped you find direction or are you still searching?
  • Is it okay to not have it all figured out?
No judgment here. Let's actually talk about this.

This post hit every inch of my soul... It's funny and sad : D
It's like reading what you've always had inside but can't say out loud and this isnt even about talking about it online. Even when you have your folks around you it still doesnt feel like something you want to talk about.

This post is just like when you watch a video or read a post on social media and you have something in mind you want to comment but then you check the comment section and see a comment that says exactly what you had in mind

I wouldn't be surprised if this thread turns into a proper therapeutic space where people say what they've been carrying around for so long and hopefully it makes them feel a bit better today and help them find some peace of mind <3

I also know we are blessed as humans but sometimes it's hard to see it because it's always about what's next : )

that true because i cant lie, this have always been in my mind

I have felt empty for a very large part of my life. Lack of purpose, confusion, extreme high and low moods, unrealistic goals setting, dreamy thought process.

While i was dealing with all this, i learnt to get deep into the root cause .
What i found is quite surprising. I am sharing my personal experience and not everyone might find solution this way. but i should share

I realised that i was holding energies in my belief system, nervous system and cellular memory. These erergies were stored in me as if i am a battery. I can call this "programming" to be more specific.

Deprogramming and release of these energies helped me to become confident, energetic and optimistic.

I am truly an opposite person now than i was a few years back!
Try to heal yourself. The true YOU is hidden beneath a lot of weight. Remove this weight to disover the beautiful YOU!

I get what you mean, but not completely. I just believe that becoming financially stable or let me say rich allows you to truly express your real true self.

I have been into the same trap. It goes like this......
when i will have .................... then i will be happy/atpeace/expressive/healthy/famous!!
i used to fill in the blanks with so many irrelevant things....I finally understood that the four things stopping me were with me since childhood.....

Guilt
Fear
UnWorthiness
Denial

What actually required was not to add to the equation rather the above were to be deleted from my sub conscious mind!

Here is my practical experience!
what i said ..is what i lived through. This is not my imagination or future hope. i got it figured out by living through it all!

I had a reason since age 9 I guess, but then finding the true meaning of leaving is not an easy journey

i keep approching every day very positive and make my day better and better , some times we might get a bad day i just take off from my head and march forward.
