Have 90 eBay accounts? What can I do with them?

There is a guy who owes me a $1100. He offered me 90 Indian ebay seller accounts with paypal instead of the money.

My question is what all I can do with the accounts.

The accounts do not have feedback and are new. But they are linked with paypal. Also they are Indian registered.

Any ideas or thoughts are welcome.

Na, there is nothing I can do with ebay buyer accounts, At least I can sell something on ebay with these seller accounts on ebay.

The accounts are worth that amount, however if you log into any of them, they are shot, if the buyer of them logs in, the must pass a phone verification, honestly it may be more of a pain than its worth

I have done 2 auctions for very cheap stuff from those accounts till now and they are working. so hopefully they will work for longer time now.

Its not worth it. 90 accounts only worth maybe less than $500. This accounts could be easily disabled.
