Q: Why the vetting?
A: One partner with frequent card failures affects the whole network — causing processor scrutiny, slower issuance, and more declines. Selective onboarding keeps things stable.

REFUND POLICY
- Setup fee $50: Non-refundable.
- Unused card balance: Refunded within 24 hours of request, provided no policy violation (fraud, chargebacks, disputes, prohibited ad categories)
