Can't verify LinkedIn- Phone memory problem

Anyone else have this problem? I have 32GB storage with about 3GB free and 4GB RAM. The part of the LinkedIn app that takes photo of ID to verify account. I can't run that. I can't upgrade phones either. I can't verify via laptop. I can't remove any more apps. I deleted all my videos. Is the RAM or the hard drive the limiter? With what phone specs could you verify your ID with LinkedIn?

You can verify on your computer or on your friends phone. There's no other workaround for it as of this point.
