My sales thread media has collapsed

By the looks of it, my sales thread media has collapsed:

I have tested with Chrome, Edge + Mobile with different IPs, and the issue persists, so I think this might be a forum-side issue, and perhaps it is a wider one (not sure if anyone else is affected, but needs checking)

EDIT: Of all the sales threads I have, only this seems to be affected. Adding this just in case.

I went through 5 pages of my media and can't find it anywhere anymore.
