Chatgpt business method is gone ?

I used to see tons of sellers on Facebook offering cheap ChatGPT workspace/business subscriptions. Like, they would add people to some shared workspace and sell access for a low price.

But recently I’ve noticed most of them don’t offer workspace subscriptions anymore. They mostly seem to sell only regular ChatGPT Plus accounts/subscriptions now.

Did OpenAI push some new restrictions on Business/Team workspaces? Or did they start deactivating shared/resold workspaces more aggressively?

Yes, OpenAI started cracking down on shared ChatGpt team workspace being resold.
So sellers now prefer selling ChatGPT plus accounts since they're safer.

They didn't start "cracking down", the method most people used (free trial on chatgpt business) is simply gone. Only the plus method remains afaik.

OpenAI has become stricter about account sharing and resale, and better at detecting unofficial shared workspace setups, which is why many of those cheap workspace access deals have disappeared. Since Business Team plans are meant for proper organization use with verified billing, its much easier to enforce the rules there. As a result, most sellers have shifted away from workspaces and now mainly resell individual Plus subscriptions instead.

Yes. I cant find business invitations. But I use Plus package or ChatGPT with small prices than original.

This ads was mostly scam, so they just moved to more interesting LLMs, probably Claude!!!

I bought a business invite before and it worked fine for a while. These days I rarely see reputable sellers offering them, which usually means something changed behind the scenes

I mean, many not all where carding it. I hear, there was new press about that. Can you imagine someone carding a $20 sub? So yes, they dont like resellers. But they probably hate people doing illegal things more.
