Around 20 years back I was banned on Google AdSense back in those days I used to get cheque via mail which i had to present in a bank to encash
I don't know if they knew my pan card (I am from India). Now I want to start with YouTube.
Back then i was spamming yahoo chatrooms with a spammer
Anyone from India who has been previously banned and then got back again?
I have changed my address. we shifted to a new place

PS : I was running it large scale and i got all my family members account banned too.So please don't ask me to make one on my family's name.It was to that extent that anyone applying with same name as mine and same city got banned instantly.

Make it in your business address. Which should be different bank, and hired mailbox address anyway. Then your doing everything everything fresh, as long as your using your company email, and company details, isntead of personal. (of course a different computer and ip address too!)

New address alone won’t really help, Google tracks a lot more than that. If anything, start fresh with a legit brand/channel and focus on building it clean.

Some people do get back in eventually, but it’s not guaranteed and takes time.

Yes, you can reapply but the outcome is not guaranteed. Google AdSense often issues permanent bans especially if the violation was serious. If you have to apply do it with a new website, clean content, and new details and follow the policies strictly.

I once had a lifetime ban on youtube but they reinstated my account after 5 years without me doing anything. My first Adsense account was banned after I constantly tried to apply for a low quality blogspot blog. I applied for a new account with a new email using same details, and they approved it. I even got multiple payments without any issues. As far as I know, your details were deleted and none of the Google employees or algorithm could trace you back to your old accounts. They won't retain such data for decades. You should give it a shot with your own details and bank account.

I really don't think google can still have you in the database as why they will keep a data from 20 years outdated if they are not even require and the helpful of this data is limited as is outdated
