Hi all,

There's probably been a dozen threads regarding this so I'll keep it sweet. I've been losing my mind trying to find a gateway/merchant provider for accepting card payments.

Does anyone know a provider that will accept an SMM Panel? I'm based in the UK, with a registered limited company

payment gateway rental service or a cloaked stripe set up could work.

You’ll probably need to go with a high-risk merchant provider, even though fees are higher. Pretty common issue with this model tbh.

Well yes this is common knowledge but exactly what high risk providers are there that’d accept this model is the issue I’m having

Same problem mate, I previously used local solution, but it didnt last long, even though the chargeback % is zero.

Will paypal or payoneer not work for this as i see in the past some guy using paypal and when was banned he just use other paypal

Still looking for any advice..

No luck so far

Same situation here. Selling digital products, solid sales history, zero chargebacks in 12 months. Looking for someone with NMI, Checkout.com or Braintree setup willing to do a rental arrangement . You collect card payments, I receive in USDT. Volume ~$5k/month, can scale. DM me if you have something

just take crypto only. ive went through the same rabbit hole. Or use a cloak provided by perfectpanel

When you find a payment gateway, first ask if they accept the sale of smm services, that way, you'll at least have a way to explain yourself later.

However, credit cards and smm don't mix well because there will always be users who make a purchase and then file a chargeback, causing you to lose twice over. Try adding another payment method or restricting credit card use to customers who have already reached a higher status level within your panel.

I have PayOp already but no customers use it specially because it does not support US customers

I currently have a JV partner I'm working with and its going well

Card processing for SMM panels can be difficult because many providers classify them as high-risk due to chargeback rates and the nature of the services offered.

If your business is legitimate and properly registered in the UK, you could look into high-risk payment processors rather than standard gateways. Companies such as Stripe or PayPal may have restrictions depending on your exact business model, so it's important to be transparent about what you sell during the application process.

You may also want to speak with merchant providers that specialize in high-risk businesses, as they tend to have a better understanding of industries like digital marketing and SMM services.

Yes, there are payment providers that work with certain SMM businesses, provided they support your business category and you're approved through their underwriting process.

Since you already have a UK registered company, that should help with onboarding. If you can share your estimated monthly processing volume and target markets, members may be able to recommend suitable high-risk providers.
