wasting time on channel icon and cover and even things like name and stuff and making sure that i create the best video in the world while not having the experience or exposure to any of it. while when i did make tutorials casually to help people channel grew organically overtime like continued

Be consistent with posting, I started a channel in 2022 i think. I was consistent with posting in the start and the results was satisfactory for a new channel but i left posting consistently and got myself busy in other stuff so my channel got ruined.
