Nope.
They fail because they give up too early.
Most people pitch a site once, get rejected, move on forever.
Real link builders pitch, get rejected, wait 2 weeks, pitch again with a different angle. And again. And again.
I got placements on sites that rejected me 3+ times.
Persistence > perfection.
