I've been running for 2 months now and have made many mistakes as I'm learning...

Anyway, for the past month, I've managed to set up everything perfectly without issues. I've even done my own anti-bot measures, and own tracking system, etc.

On some offers, I get very good metrics (like 20-30% outbound clicks), and about 10-20% CTR to view affiliate offers, etc.

Sadly, the sales is miserably low. I'm talking like 1-2 sale out of 200-300 clicks.

On Reddit and other forums, many said it is just the bad economy and people aren't buying; some said it is because of the andromeda update, and such. Others said it depends on what you're promoting as those running their own small biz are having good returns with FB ads.

I've tried to change offers, and even a different niche but it is still as bad. Maybe the affiliate offers suck or something because the metrics on my ads and landing page are good, but they're not buying at the affiliate offers end.

So any tips or am I missing out on something?

Some on Reddit have said it is a common issue now, and some are experiencing BETTER yields with Google ads than FB ads. Some even suggested going Tiktok but I can't as I'm not in the US.

Right now, due to updates on Meta, many people are seeing poor results. That's why your results might be poor as well

your traffic and landing pages seem to be ok, so the problem is almost certainly conversion at the affiliate offer level (offer-fit, funnel mismatch, pre-sale, or trust).

It is really weird.

I remember when I used to do Facebook ads back in 2019 and 2020, even when my setup was wrong and whatnot, I would still get some nice sales. And my ad copy wasn't even that good.

Now my ad copy is good and relevant after studying and practising, etc. CTRs and all are great... But now it is the conversion issue. I guess like @XIAO AGENCY said, probably mismatch or trust issue.

are you promoting digital or physical products because that might be a big factor in the low sales conversions?

Traffic and landing pages are fine; issue likely offer, funnel, or trust mismatch.

Very hard to evaluate unless one would know exactly what the product / funnel is etc. and could take a look at it first-hand.

Getting clicks is one thing

The other thing is what happens after one lands on what the ads send him to.

It could be a multitude of reasons, such as:

- expectations from the ad not met
- complicated sign up process
- slow loading
- GEO / target audience mismatch

etc.

One of the reasons your results are dropping right now is the huge storm on Facebook that's happening. I'm having quite a headache with it too.

You're right, all the metrics are fine, but there are no conversions. That means Facebook is giving you a bad audience. Since Facebook is currently rolling out AI features, you need to disable all the new features it's enabling for you, because they aren not working as they should right now.

Right now, changes on Meta seem to be affecting results for many people, so that could be part of why your performance is lower as well

Try to sign up for more affiliate network and there's a lot
Sales and leads are still working good
