Has anyone here intentionally ignored the appeal process and just waited the full 90 days to reapply for the Partner Program? I’m worried that not appealing might look like an admission of guilt to the reviewers. Any downsides I should know about?

Honestly man, you are overthinking this way too much. YouTube is not a courtroom and the reviewers are not judges. They do not care about your admission of guilt or whether you appealed or not. All they care about is if your channel follows the rules at the exact moment they look at it again.
If you actually have reused content or some shaky videos, appealing is usually a total waste of time because they will just deny it in 24 hours. It is actually better to wait the 90 days. Use that time to delete the trash, fix your descriptions, and upload some high-quality original stuff. When you reapply after 90 days, they just look at the channel as it is then. Not appealing wont hurt your chances at all. Just clean up the house and you will be fine.

I will go with the 90 days wait. Thanks

the only downside to not not apealing is missing a chance to get monetization back sooner if the rejection was a mistakle.

Don't sweat the admission of guilt thing. youtube's algorithm probably doesn't care. 90 days is 90 days. just make sure your content's squeaky clean before you reapply. you don't want to get flagged again, that's just bad for the brand, and for your ad revenue.

I'd be curious about this too. Never knew if skipping the appeal actually changes anything.

its completely fine to wait the 90 days if you need to fix or delete videos daily, youtube won't count it as admission of guilt at all

If you are not in rush waiting for the 90days is fine,YouTube will never flag you for that
