The easiest tasks are the ones we avoid the most

Something I have noticed about myself is kinda backwards . Big tasks? I will stress about them , delay them a bit , but eventually I get them done . But the small , simple stuff replying to a message , doing a quick cleanup , starting something that takes 5 minutes I keep pushing it for no real reason .
And honestly , I do not think it is a laziness . I think we avoid simple things because they are simple there is no pressure , no urgency , so we trick ourselves into thinking I will do it anytime and then never do it.
Feels like people are not stuck because things are hard they are stuck because they ignore the easy wins .
At this point , I am starting to think discipline is not about doing big things it is about not avoiding the small ones . Agree or do you see it differently .
