One more point to add is about the 4-second video he sent. These 4 seconds happened to capture the process of him being blacklisted and having his account deleted. From this 4-second video, it seems he anticipated that he would be blacklisted and have his account deleted within a few seconds, so he deliberately started recording. Coupled with his intentional diversion of questions and refusal to answer directly, this all confirms that he was orchestrating the situation himself.

I'm recording when you don't send me the account when you get the money. I didn't expect something like this to happen.

You said you had evidence on your friend's laptop or something, which I was prepared to give you time to access. If you have nothing more to ask then I'll close this thread briefly while I make a ruling.

@sifatff284 has posted a lot in this thread and said a lot without presenting anything resembling concrete evidence, while consistently acting against the wishes of the mediator. As such, I'm finding this dispute in favour of the accused.
