FB Fanpage Idea - Need Input

Okay, so ... a fellow BHW member gave me an idea, and I think I am going to run with it.

I have decided to build a fanpage linked off of my account on FB, offering a paper writing service targeted toward highschool and college kids.

I think it will work if I get a following and offer a few deals here and there.

The thing is, I am not so savvy with FB and don't really know where to begin.

My first question is : Do I make it under my name, telling them my experience, or more of a "Need Papers Written?" type of service with a logo instead of a picture.


Tell me what you think of the idea, and how I should go about implementing it.

Also, if someone wants to JV, I can cut the profits from the writing work.

Well first of all i thing your going about it the wrong way, you have only a limited friends on your personal account and you dont want to get that banned.

Furthermore you cant get a big following without having a fan page or group etc
you want to it grow outside of the 5000 fiends limit and also have it spread without you adding friends to your account.


Just set up a fan/group page and invite your friends or just have it connecting to an external webpage. So when a user clicks on your fan page they will be sent to your writing web page. etc etc

This is what I would do.

Yes a fan page is the way to go and if your any good at the writing part don't worry the kids will spread it faster then any black hat method could.

Okay, fanpage is up and some people are invited, I guess I will see how things go.

Is buying fanpage invites a good idea as well? Or just let it grow naturally?

Let your writing service speak.If you deliver the good service,your service will not need any fanpage to be promoted because you dont have any physical product ,cpa or affiliate offer to be promoted.

Also a tip..i would leave wall posting open on your fan page..that way when students get their papers back and get graded they can write on your fan page wall " nice paper man thanks! I got a 95 percent on it!! I will hit you up again for sure...blah blah blah" or alternatively..you could make fake fb accounts and leave fake wall comments/post yourself to give yourself credibility..

All of Above Will Fail

1) You need a Professional looking Fan Page
2) Page Marketing matters more than Page Itself
3) You need to keep Page Active not with Fake content but product related updates
4) You need Targeted Fans ( extract them from Pages if any already exist if you going to do it in your area get fans from your area = geo targeted fans )
