I believe the rules are no outside contact for sales? So better to just not buy from them since they are not using proper sales channels anyways. As for this typically when you buy from somewhere you will get at min the username and pass maybe a recovery email, maybe the cookies and fingerprints. Typically it's up to you to know how to use that information like he said. Usually someone selling will offer some basic information on how to use the stuff they send.

Reddit should be used with an anonymous browser, and these don’t allow you to import a fingerprint. You can create your own anonymous browser and then import the fingerprint. We provide the fingerprint of our accounts so the client can view the characteristics and emulate it.
