I'm a website developer, and I'm not very good at SEO. I want to improve keyword ranking on Bing. I've looked into white-hat SEO before, but it's too slow. I've heard about a fast-ranking cheating SEO technique. Where do people usually learn this kind of technique?

There was a member offering a loophole service and a method which got patched or no more working. Either way it was a loophole and not a cheating method.
Try building/buying backlinks, it is a bing ranking factor.

The question I have for you is are you sure that being has the right search intent for your
keywords that is going to convert?

Bing search is famous for the Boomer demographic.

From my experience passively ranking on Bing, I have found that if I just format the website for Google, then Bing isn't really an issue besides the pages; you can get away with more keyword spam than you can with Google.

Be careful with fast ranking or cheating SEO methods, as they may work briefly but can lead to penalties or ranking loss on Bing. It’s better to focus on simple SEO basics like good content, proper keywords, and technical optimization, which give safer and long term results.

Fast-ranking cheat SEO isn’t worth it even on Bing since tactics like spam links or cloaking often get penalized. Instead, aim for quicker but safe wins: target low competition keywords, optimize on-page content, and follow Microsoft Bing Webmaster Guidelines for steady, reliable growth.

bing puts alot more attention to exact match anchor text than google for now. matching the target keywords will move the needle faster than the branded or generic ones on the same budget. bing crawls much slower than google, so manually submitting thru webmaster tools makes a big difference

Search results on Bing often prioritize website authority and content quality. Sites with in-depth, well-developed content tend to rank more easily on Bing.

Those "fast-ranking" tricks usually come from black-hat SEO forums, private groups or case studies shared in underground communities-but they're risky and often get sites penalized or deindexed. Even if they work short term, they rarely last. If you want faster but safer gains on Bing, focus on solid on-page SEO, topical authority and earning a few strong backlinks. It's more sustainable and won’t put your site at risk.
